More than 20 chefs and other culinary enthusiasts will demonstrate recipes featuring ingredients grown in the Heartland Harvest Garden, the nation's largest edible landscape. Demos, which are included with Garden admission, are held Sundays at 2 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) in the open-air Missouri Barn.
