Join the Burroughs Audubon Society of Greater Kansas City for a weekday bird hike. Meet at the Visitor Center, then spend approximately two hours exploring the Gardens in search of migrating species. This is the inaugural bird hike hosted at Powell Gardens, and we hope it’s the first of many to come!
Please wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water, and don’t forget your binoculars—we’ll have a few extra pairs available if needed.
Admission is required. To participate, you must register in advance using the event link and select the “Group Student” rate for $7.
Your trip leader is Sally Urdang, a Master Naturalist with the Osage Trails Chapter.
