Enjoy a presentation from Bo Brown about what’s needed to start making bacteria-rich, gut-enhancing fermented foods at home. Attendees will go on a short hike to learn about collecting wild greens then make a jar of fermented veggies and greens to take home!

The class will hike in the woods so be prepared for out outdoors. You will likely come into contact with ticks and poison ivy. Closed-toe shoes, bug spray, sunscreen, and gloves are recommended.

The presentation and class will be indoors. You’re welcome to bring your own pint or quart canning jar; we will have some on hand as well.
