Garden to Glass: Tom’s Town at Powell Gardens

Join us for a hands-on cocktail experience featuring Tom’s Town Distilling Co. distiller Tristan Lewis and bartender Kaitlyn Fields.
The class begins with a “grain to glass” overview and an exclusive tasting of Tom’s Town’s Garden Party Gin, which features botanicals sourced directly from Powell Gardens. Tristan will share a short history of the spirit and how it is crafted from start to finish.
Throughout the session, Kaitlyn will lead you in crafting two signature cocktails, the first to kick off the class and the second about halfway through. You will learn to make The Bee’s Knees, a Prohibition classic featuring Tom’s Town Gin, honey syrup, and fresh lemon, as well as The Drowned Rabbit, a refreshing vodka mojito made with Tom’s Town Double Grain Vodka and crisp lime.
Must be 21+ to attend.
