We operate this website (www.powellgardens.org) and we take your privacy very seriously. We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of visitors to our website. Powell Gardens uses a variety of social media options to communicate and interact with consumers. Online Profile Updates and Donations
If you complete the Profile update form and share your personally identifying information, this information will be used only to provide you with more targeted content. We may use your contact information to send further information about our organization or to contact you when necessary. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings. If you do not want to receive an email from us, please “unsubscribe” through the link that is included in our emails. For any transaction whether through a Powell Gardens, website form, on-site, or over the phone, your sensitive information, including credit card information, will never be stored on our website. Sending Us an Email
You also may decide to send us personally identifying information, for example, in an electronic mail message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a website form that provides us this information. Children and Privacy
Powell Gardens, Inc., respects the privacy of children, and we are committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
