Festival of Light Corporate Rental Packages
- Rental Fee:
- $10,000 for a 4-hour rental (5 p.m. – 9 p.m.)
- $7,000 for a 2-hour rental (6 p.m. – 8 p.m.)
- 50% non-refundable deposit due with signing of the contract.
- Final payment due 30 days prior to the event.
- If booking is within 30 days of the event, full payment is required and non-refundable.
- Available: Monday or Tuesday
- Amenities
- Gates open as guests arrive.
- Warming stations are included.
- Conifer Room is available for seating.
- Includes Parking.
- Includes tables and chairs for seating. (We do not provide linens)
- The Marketplace open for individuals to purchase items if requested.
- Food & Beverage Add on Options
- Purchase festival +Pack for children
- Purchase beverage tickets for children
- Purchase beverage tickets for adults to use at regular festival drink spots for either alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
- Self-serve hot cider and hot chocolate in the Conifer Room or Terrace Room.
- Approved Caterer list available.
- Clients will order and pay through the approved caterer they choose.
- Bar Packages available.
- Guaranteed count required 14 days in advance to ensure product is on site.
- Dark Forest is not available for a buyout.
